OMG I'm rebooting

I almost only reboot when I absolutely have to. I have been wanting to do a big system update for a long time, and I have to reboot multiple times during the process. In GNU/Linux unlike M$ operating systems, and Mac OS rebooting is more likely to cause problems than not rebooting. I like my computer to work in a constantly stable way. I don't like to ever have a reason to close a program other than that it is using resources, and I am not currently using it. I get that a lot of the time.

teknotus@geo:~$ uptime
03:02:36 up 53 days, 11:18, 3 users, load average: 0.34, 0.60, 0.58

So basically my computer hasn't been rebooted in well over 53 days. Really I'm only a little bit worried, because it always works, but still I don't do this often, and occasionally in the past stuff didn't instantly work right after rebooting, and I had to fix some things.

I was going to say something about the debate, but I guess I am too tired.
