Testing my mettle

mood: hopefulhopeful

Last night I was doing a little math expiriment. I was expecting to find one thing, and instead I found something completely different. It made a pretty picture. I'm not sure if that means anything. I really hope that it does, but then again it could just be an artifact of how I generated the image. When I saw such a beutiful pattern it made me so happy that is was hard to sleep. My intuition tells me that there is a good chance that if I replaced the Data that I used with random numbers I will get a very similar picture. I don't want that to be true, because I will have found something less interesting than what I thought I had at first. It would be so nice to discover something that would make me famous. I want to put off learning the truth, but I know I shouldn't.

On another note. I helped someone with their computer today, and made $50. I really need, a job, but I really don't want to look for one, and I will probably only find jobs that I really don't want to work at. Its something I need to do though. Little bits of money here, and there just don't make me feel comfortable.

Keep up the good work, brilliant boy. Even if this current discovery turns out to be nothing special, you ought to know that you'll eventually make an amazing mathematical discovery. I feel it in my gizzard. ;) Meanwhile, good luck finding a job.
